3 night stopiver in bangkok

Hey all,

we are traveling to bali, with a 3 night stopover in bangkok, and are looking for a nice hotel in a central location (approx. 4 Star). Any suggestions ?! Can anyone recomend the Grand Sukhumvit Sofitel? Is the Sukhumvit location useful for a 3 day stay, or are there any ';better'; kocations, nearby the main points of interest?!

We usually stay at the Shangri-la. Think it is 4/5 star and is on the river with sky train and river taxi adjacent. Superb hotel to stay at.

I don%26#39;t know, what is your budget for BKK, but consider Century Park. You have very good price to quality relation there. It%26#39;s not in the center but only couple of minutes by walk to BTS station Victory Momument. We booked it for this January trip to Thailand and paid 165 Euros for 3 nights incl. breakfest (2 adults and child). We booked it by German TUI. This hotel has excellent opinions on holidaychec.de and I totally agree with them. For this price it%26#39;s hard to find something better.

Pathuwam Princess hotel is in a good position with the skytrain at your doorstep and MBK shopping centre attached.

Great hotel returning there in July.

I agree the Pathuwan Princess is great, location, comfort, ect
