Leaving on the 4th to go to Bangkok for the first time for 3 weeks! Anyone gonna be there this month? What should I do first? Tips???

First !!! I like to ask you what to do on your holiday.

Don%26#39;t Worry in this month is Songkarn festival that is new year of Thai people, and you can join with Songkarn Festival, if you stay at Bangkok on 13-15 April, you try to visit at Kao San Road there are many people like to come when songkarn festival, And you will wet from other Splasing :) I hope you like the water.

Besides, Songkarn Festival, you can visit to the famous Thai Temple, and you can look sightseeing around place by the boat rental. Then, you can visit famous musuem in Bangkok and can go shopping in Nice Department Stores.

Don%26#39;t Miss to Visit South of Thailand, the beaches are very beautiful and peaceful....

I would love to go to the beaches there. I%26#39;m from California and I love the water. Any recommendations on what is the best way to get to the beaches? and which one do you recommend?
