Been to Bangkok six times and stayed at various hotels from Riverside to New Petchburi Rd . We have an overnight stop in Bangkok before catching our flight back to UK at 0915 . Thinking of stopping in Bang Pli just for a change . Is it a safe and friendly area . We get into Bangkok at about 8 o%26#39;clock in the morning and hopefully stop at Samaran Palace (cheap and cheerful by the look of it ) . Any thoughts on nearby restaurant MooYim

It%26#39;s safe enough.
A very industrial area on the route 3 heading out of Bangkok in the Cholburi direction.
I taught English to company staff down there for a while about a year ago.
Very local area. Local market, local bars, local karaoke......
But I can%26#39;t see why you couldn%26#39;t get a cheap hotel in town instead.
