Any recommendations for evening activities in Bangkok. I am going to be in town for business for a couple of days and it would be nice to see a little bit of Bangkok after work, and obviously have dinner as part of it.

Evening dinner cruises are available. Find the nearest travel agent, they act as tour brokers, select an evening event and they will make the arrangements for you.
I suppose you have already know that just strolling down Sukhumvit Road (near Nana Skytrain stop) or the Patpong area is an experience all n it%26#39;s own!
I like sitting at a little sidewalk cafe (cheap seats, plastic table) nursing a beer and watching the whole CIRCUS walk, stumble or crawl by, especially late around midnight!
