Tour with Tong to Floating Market and TIger Temple.

My friend and I took the tour to the Tiger Temple and Floating Market a few weeks ago now with Tong. Tong was exceptional. She made the tour so interesting. Here are some of the reasons why we would book Tong again in a heartbeat.

: 5 star treatment throughout the tour

: We always went to the front of the queue.

: Tong was so informative throughout the tour.

: Tong fed us so well food was coming out of our ears!

: Especially at the Tiger Temple she is so well known and respected by the staff.

: We were lucky enough to be able to go into the enclosure with her bear. Such a beautiful, unique and memorable experience.

: The price for booking Tong as a personal tour guide is very reasonable.

Thanks Tong for making this tour one of the highlights of our trip. You are the most beautiful tour guide in all of Thailand!! We took some wonderful photos and will post them as soon as we can organize it.

We have read so much about Tong and now have got our hearts set on tours with her. Have emailed her on a number of occassions and got an initial reply and then nothing. We are anxious to book these tours. Can anyone suggest how we get Tong to reply?

We had this problem, she is very busy for obvious reasons, just keep trying she will get back to you eventually

You just have to send an email with URGENT in the subject line if you havent heard back.. she will generally answer those that are closer in date... I stayed at her house a couple of weeks ago and saw the crazy emails with my own eyes... she had almost 2000 unanswered emails sitting there waiting! I dont know how she does it!

Be patient and she will get back to you, but if the date is close do the URGENT trick!

We went out with Tong last month and she told me she was fully booked up until March 2009!

She%26#39;s great at her job, but it%26#39;s amazing how powerful Tripadvisor can be.There%26#39;s nothing like word of mouth!

If Tong is booked until March 2009, does anyone have an alternate to recommend? I will be in Bankok in early November and would like to start booking now.

Tong is absolutely busy lady with fully booked through 2009. I am visiting Bangkok in a couple month and this will be the third time since 2007.

The Tong tour , my Thai%26#39;s girl friend and I still want to go is the famous Tiger temple and the floating market , but, we problaly shall do them in the alternative ways without Tong.

Tong has other guides she uses for the days she is fully booked so even if she is not free herself she can give you a good quality guide.

Welcome back !!! Looks like you had a crazy fun 6 weeks away. Hope the post SE Asia blues don%26#39;t you hit you too bad.

MY APOLOGIES for not getting in contact with you in CM. As you can imagine with 5 of us, it was quite a challenge trying to keep our schedules together. I also had a lot of other people wanting to be with us as I was the token Asian bargainer in the group. I also imagine CM as a place where I could just walk anywhere %26amp; it is a bustling city.

Glad you had a ball with Tong as always. WE%26#39;re planning on our 4th trip to BKK to see her.

Thank you all for your posts about Tong. We are now in contact with her and have arranged two days of tours. We cant wait for this part of our trip as she sounds amazing to tour with.

I knew she was a busy woman by reading all the posts on this forum but didn%26#39;t realise just how busy.

Reet - that is incredible what you say about the amount of emails she has to answer. Think she needs to hire a secretary or personal assistant. lol

We are all very lucky to have someone like Tong for our Bangkok experiences.
