What exchange rate for Aussie cash have people been getting last few weeks? Any tips on best place to change money?

change it in Thailand once you get there and you will get a better rate than in Aus.

I used ATMs to withdraw cash - convienent and usually fair rates but check with your bank for their charges.

We exchanged Aussie cash most of the time and 2 weeks we got anything between 28 and 29 baht, sometimes a little more.

Current Aussie exchange rate is 28.20 Baht

Tray27 when were you in Phuket and getting that exchange rate?

Phuket airport rates were excellent as well.We got the most there in Late Nov at 29.4 baht better than anywhere else.
