Has anyone had a similar experience and manage to resolve?
Did all the right things to claim tax refund at Bangkok airport and still have relevant paperwork.
Asked for it to be charged back to my credit card and the lady did, to be fair, say it would take longer than cash, but due to being in a rush for connecting flight, asked for it to go back on my card...that was Nov 07 and still no refund!
Anything else I can do / anywhere else to go with this?
Any advise greatly welcomed!

Did you submit the documents to customs at Bangkok Airport before you left?

had them stamped prior to check in on level 4 and then proceeeded to the desk to be refunded in departures, so assuming the %26#39;stamp%26#39; was customs?!?!?!
If thats what you mean by submit, or do you mean physically handed over / left with a department?
Suggest you contact both the Customs department and the store you bought from, plus your credit card company.
