from airport to Soi - 12 Sukhumvit

Hi

Can anyone tell me how much to expect to pay for a metered taxi from the airport to Soi - 12, Sukhumvit at 2 a.m midnight

I don%26#39;t wanna get ripped off after shelling good amount for booking my flight tickets on the very last moment.

If it was an unmetered taxi - how much can i haggle the driver down to ?

We dont mind going by bus/ BTS/ Metro/ tuk tuk etc..as we are traveling light.Would these be available at 2 a.m??

How far is Soi - 12 Sukhumvit fm the airport.

The only practical way to get there at 2am is by metered taxi. Outside the arrival building, you will see a ';Taxi meter'; desk. Tell you supervisor your destination. he%26#39;ll give you a white slip of paper - keep this as it tells you what to do if you have any problems. The meter starts at 35 baht, you pay the metered fare, plus a 50 baht airport surcharge, plus 65 baht in tolls (give that to driver as you get to each tollbooth, 25 baht first, then 40 baht). The meter fare will be around 300 baht or less. The service is generally quite relable. Ignore any touts inside the terminal offering taxi service. The railway is not yet finished and tuktuks are not allowed in the airport (anyway taxis are cheaper). Travel time about 25-35 minutes at night.

from airport to Soi - 12 Sukhumvit

Recently took taxi from airport to Soi 22 (Washington Square) at 1:00AM. The metered fare was 195bt plus the 50bt service charge and 60bt toll. Soi 12 should be a bit less.
