Phi Phi Island or Krabi for Day Trip by speedboat?

I%26#39;m looking into going to Phi Phi or Krabi for a day trip from Phuket, probably by speedboat, but don%26#39;t know which is better for scenery and swimming, both look great, does anyone have a personal favourite? Thanks

That%26#39;s good places, scenery and clean beaches too, Don%26#39;t miss snorkeling at Maya Bay, sightseeing around Phi Phi Ley, Ton Sai Bay, Loh Sama Bay, Pileh Bay, Lunch at Phi Phi Don and relax on beach. Woow that%26#39;s great trip surely!!!

I would suggest going with SIMBA to Phi Phi. We missed the trip, but by accounts of people we met who had done it, it was outstanding.

Plus.. you only have 15 on the boat.

I think Geoff and Jenny stay away from the town centre and go to a lot of the quieter places and beaches etc. If you want to go into Phi Phi itself you may need another tour. Beware the larger slower boats take 3 hours to get there.

Unfortunately i%26#39;m going in August and Simba Sea Trips won%26#39;t run their tour then. Phuket Richard and Megumi can organise one for me though, but I%26#39;m not sure whether to go to Phi Phi or Krabi as I%26#39;m a first timer to Phuket. My partner and myself aren%26#39;t divers or anything, we%26#39;re just looking to see some spectacular scenery as well as swim and just have a nice day out, we%26#39;re just not sure which location is better for this.

I have done the Phi Phi Island trip twice and the Krabi trip once, in my opinion I liked the Krabi trip better.

We did the Simba trip to Phi Phi last month and it was fantastic, a great day out!

Send a e mail try simba as they do this trip and they will reply back to you. A lot of operators will let you pay on arrival on the day but some might want payment up front website www.simbaseatrips.com. They used to do this trip on Mondays

Does anyone know of another good operator other then Simba Sea Trips that will do trips to Phi Phi or Krabi in August? Simba Sea Trips say that they won%26#39;t go out during the low season to either location, but still would love to go but not sure who to go with now.

many companies go to phi phi all year round...........just book over there..........they also knocked 50% off listed price . because it was low season............plenty of availability
