Can anyone tell me about the location? Are there shops near it? Also (sad question), is there starbucks near? I need my coffee!

It%26#39;s a fairly good location, 5 mins walk to the beach and close to alot of restaurants.
Starbucks is a 10 min walk around the other side of the beach road, but there is Black Canyon Coffee much closer, on your way around
