Unfortunately they have raised the prices -%26gt; single room 1300 baht and double over 2000 baht.

Atleat these were the prices given by the hotel via telephone for tomorrow night.

Try Om Yim Lodge, very nice, comfortable place, 800 - 1100 baht, right next to Chong Nonsi BTS station.

Honey Hotel in Sukhumvit 19.

They have standard rooms around that price, and if you want cheaper, ask for the price of the rooms around the car park area.

It%26#39;s a good respectable hotel.

Bangkok Inn and the President Inn are not expensive and are close to the Nana Skytrain stop.

The Bangkok Inn and the President are on a side soi Sukhumvit Soi 11/1 not far from the Swiss Hotel.

The Bangkok Inn can be seen from the Sukhumvit Road (near the Business Inn Hotel) and the President Inn is further down closer to the Swiss Park Hotel.

Here is an email address that may or may not still work for the President Inn. A couple years ago you could book a room with only an email request. This hotel does have a massage parlor in the front lobby but the rooms have the normal hot water, A/C, TV, private toilet/shower and even a safe in the room! Internet shop in the lobby too!

Chippy47 gave good recommendation. I have stayed at Samran place and it was fine. Right now Sawasdee.com has it listed for 850 for a single and 900 for double, standard rooms.
