Travelling with teenager, so looking at apartment for end September - AC in bedrooms but only fan lounge. Have stayed in Patong at other times of year %26amp; aware of the heat %26amp; humidity, but in late September do I need AC in all rooms?

We have been in hotel with air con in bedroom and ceiling fan in lounge and it was fine, depending on where you are you can also leave bedroom doors open and air con running if you get a bit warm, though we never had to do this.
